Tasks

The general rights and obligations of Partners will be enshrined in the partnership agreement. At the moment, the institutions have signed a letter of intent (to jointly implement the project).
We addressed each partner’s strengths and skills and decided on where these best fit with project goals and outputs. The partners’ roles and responsibilities have been divided such that each partner is in charge of the tasks that are best suited to their areas of expertise and strengths. Considering the small scale of the project (exchange of good practices, development of results – an innovative course and handbook strengthening environmental awareness and practices of CSR activities by SMEs, transnational partner meetings), both institutions will be involved at every stage of the project.
These stages of project implementation and cooperation include:
– project coordination and management (budget, time, evaluation),
– development of an innovative course and handbook strengthening environmental awareness and practices of CSR activities by SMEs
– transnational project meetings,
– dissemination activities.
Both institutions will be involved in each area.
Deinde will act as the Leader and Prometeo as the Partner.
As the Leader, Deinde is contractually responsible for the proper implementation of the project.
The Steering Committee of the project will be agreed, which will include 1 representative from both entities – making strategic decisions.
Management structure in each institution: managing staff of the institution – coordinator – other project staff.
Both institutions will appoint min. 1 person – responsible for the overall management of the project (project coordinator). On the part of Deinde, the project management will involve 2 permanent staff with many years of experience in project management and the implementation of international partnership projects.
Throughout the application process, partners met on a frequent basis and maintained open lines of communication. The coordinators will be in constant contact (e-mail, online videos: skype, ms teams, zoom). They will supervise the implementation of the project in their institutions in accordance with the schedule, budget. They will monitor the progress of work, achievement of results, dissemination activities. They will be responsible for the organization of partner meetings, and the selection of meeting participants. Coordinators, in consultation with the management will select the substantive staff involved in the project / results development.
Each partner will be responsible for translating the educational material into his own language.
All members of the consortium participate in the policy framework by undertaking the related stakeholders’ engagement and the target groups engagement activities in their countries, the profiling, needs analysis and the recommendations to be included in the report.
Due to the small scale of the project, standard project management methods – PCM will be used.
