Kick Off

For the proper implementation of GreenMinds, all necessary administrative and management activities to establish guidelines for project implementation and the optimal coordination between the partners of the partnership will be organized. The first step in the project implementation will be the Kick-off Planning Meeting (KPM), organized by the coordinating entity requiring the participation of all the partnership partners. At this meeting, a general review of the project will be made, including all aspects of its implementation (administrative and legal requirements, management, dissemination and actions to be developed, project results and so om). It will define the following steps for project management: – Review and approval of schedule. – Description of the final budget awarded. – Review of the different phases of the project, responsible entity and participants in each entity. – Work plan definition – Definition of Stakeholders list – Definition of Dissemination strategy and organization for the development of the diffusion elements of the project (logo and brochures).

Main goal will be to present the objectives and assumptions of the project, to develop an initial work schedule along with the division of tasks between partners and to prepare the necessary working documents for administrative issues, evaluation, define the tools and frequency of communication and document exchange.
Deinde will be responsible for the organizational side of the meeting. Both institutions will be involved in substance.

During the meeting, the composition of the Steering Committee responsible for managing the partnership project will be agreed (at least 1 representative from both institutions).
Each partner organization will have 1 person for day-to-day working contacts / person coordinating the activities of the partner.
