Second TPM

The project activities have been meticulously organized to meet the needs of the target group, to comply with the project goals, and to contribute to their achievement and the performance of the planned results. The project is divided into three distinct phases that ensure the proper execution of the project activities. Project Management: will ensure the supervision and the coordination of the project from a managerial, administrative and technological point of view during the project duration, in order to meet the project’s objectives. Project management will ensure effective decision-making, operational internal communication, development of solid work, breakdown structures, schedules, costs and resource plans, effective administrative and technical control of the project. Dissemination and exploitation: will provide the project with clear information and communication strategies in order to promote increased visibility of the project objectives and the European partnership, and to ensure the exploitation and sustainability of results in other institutions and countries. Evaluation and monitoring: will monitor and evaluate the achievement of the project goals during the entire duration, with a particular focus on the evaluation of project management (Managing Efficiency) and the evaluation of the effectiveness of the products.

The Host will be responsible for the organizational side of the meeting. Both institutions will be involved in substance.
The implementation of project activities to date and the use of the budget will be discussed.
Upcoming dissemination activities / project will be planned.
The meeting will also be an opportunity for the partners to coordinate activities related to the preparation of the final report on the implementation of the project for the National Agency – division of tasks.
